Our e-learning platform, 'iBridge', promotes self - learning and houses a wide range of modules that address the gaps in basic knowledge required to deliver effectively in the jobs assigned. The Induction program on iBridge gives our new joiners an overview of the Organization's vision and processes. It throws light on our core policies, products and functions too. Besides addressing the knowledge gaps, the e-learning platform is also used to make our employees aware of the core policies around MIS, Customer Service, Information Security along with other modules.
To accelerate the learning curve and provide a clarity on their role expectations, the new joiners in various roles go through a series of learning experiences such as online induction courses and structured orientation programs which is reinforced through on-the-job experiences and monitoring programs.
